Wild Kingdom Records is proud to announce that they have signed the Swedish rock ’n’ roll pioneers Glorious Bankrobbers, who are back with their long-awaited new studio album Intruder.

Intruder is both the title track and the first single from the album. The video, filmed by Ulf Magnusson, captures the band in their true element – the rehearsal room and the streets of Stockholm’s Old Town.

Intruder was recorded at House of Voodoo Studio in Stockholm and mixed by Robert Pehrsson at Studio Humbucker.

A legacy of rock ’n’ roll rebellion Glorious Bankrobbers were formed in Stockholm in 1983 and quickly became known for their uncompromising sound and electrifying live performances. Their 1984 debut album, produced by Kee Marcello (Easy Action/Europe), marked the beginning of a band ready to push boundaries. In 1989, they cemented their place in rock history with Dynamite Sex Doze – a milestone that became a cornerstone of Swedish sleaze and action rock. The title track was featured on MTV’s Headbangers Ball, and their U.S. tour, including the cult album Live at CBGB’s N.Y.C., spread their reputation worldwide.

Intruder: The Next Chapter Now, as Glorious Bankrobbers enter a new era together with Wild Kingdom Records, they are set to release Intruder at the end of 2025. With twelve brand-new songs, the album distills everything that defines the band – rawness, attitude, and heart – while taking their sound into bold new territory.

With Intruder, Glorious Bankrobbers reaffirm their place at the forefront of the Scandinavian rock scene. Louder, harder, and hungrier than ever, the band stands as living proof that true rock ’n’ roll never dies.
